STORYBOARDING FOR AIRPORT NAVIGATION APP DESIGN

Sky Harbor Airport is considered America's friendliest airport. To support this reputation and independent study was set forth to produce a complimentary phone application to consider as many aspects of their airport experience as possible. To best explore this customer experience, a storyboard was created to follow a traveler as they navigate the several steps they would have to go through, from entering the airport to boarding their plane. This concept journey was set in the year 2025, to allow for the introduction of new technologies into the airport, to accommodate this traveler experience.
